Neva Chair

The Neva Chair is a solid timber dining chair designed in 2013 by Croatian studio Regular Company for Artisan, and is recognised by the Interior Innovation Award, German Design Award, and Design Intelligence Award. It holds Australian Government IP design registration and is supplied in Australia exclusively by ducksnest. from our South Melbourne showroom, serving residential and commercial projects in Melbourne, Sydney and across Australia.

The chair is defined by a single, continuous line: the tilted, arched backrest merges into the armrests and extends without interruption into the front legs, producing a form that is exceptionally thin and light for a solid hardwood chair. Each piece is hand-finished by Artisan craftsmen in Bosnia & Herzegovina, in a workshop built on more than 60 years of family woodworking heritage. The Neva is offered in seven sustainably sourced, FSC-certified timber species: European oak, European walnut, American walnut, maple, elm, cherry and ash, with a solid timber seat or upholstery in your choice of premium leathers or fabrics, including Kvadrat.

Specified by architects and interior designers for residential dining rooms and award-winning hospitality projects across Australia and internationally, the Neva is suitable for indoor use in residential, commercial, hospitality and education sectors, and carries a 2-year warranty.
