designschneider is a Berlin-based product and furniture studio founded by Michael Schneider, and one of Artisan’s most prolific collaborators – designer of the Tara, Invito, Fin and Leno ranges.
Schneider launched the practice in Cologne in 1993 and relocated to Berlin in 2009. The studio works across product, furniture and exhibition design, with a strong streak of trend research and an international client base. Its design philosophy is simple: pieces should be beautiful, original and genuinely useful.

Meticulously handcrafted, assembled, and treated, placing a premium on its luxurious organic aesthetics.
Artisan proudly creates the Invito Chair, available in black saddle leather. Choose from a selection of premium timber species, including European oak, European and American walnut, maple, ash, elm and cherry, each enhanced by various natural finishes, such as oils and soap.
