About The Designer – Inoda + Sveje

Inoda + Sveje is a Milan-based design duo – Kyoko Inoda of Japan and Nils Sveje of Denmark – known for quiet, sculptural solid-wood furniture that blends Japanese restraint with Danish craft.

Established in Denmark in 2000, the partnership fuses two design cultures and a shared grounding in industrial design engineering. The result is a language that is minimal without being plain and shaped without being decorated — every curve is considered.
