A newly built residence in Geelong West, we had the pleasure of working with a young vibrant professional couple embarking on the journey of starting a family. Their vision for the property was inspired by the existing home’s style, however they sought to elevate the interior with a touch of sophistication and comfort.
We understood the clients’ personal nature of selecting art pieces, the artwork resonated with them and harmonised with their daily lives. The colour palette for the project was guided by the soothing natural tones of fibers, timber, and concrete, by incorporating serene greens and pastels.
The heart of the home, the contemporary kitchen, dining, and living space, featured stark white walls, concrete flooring, and a marble benchtop. To infuse warmth into the space, we carefully selected handcrafted furniture, soft furnishings, decor products, and decorative lighting. The Artisan Neva stools, crafted in oak and leather, brought natural materiality and definition, complemented by the dark leather seats that provided both style and functionality. The Tesa Dining Chair was chosen to gracefully frame the robust glass dining table, ensuring a seamless flow and neutrality in the dining area, allowing the artwork to take centre stage.
Our goal was to create a space where the young family could find comfort, style, and the perfect backdrop to build their new life together.
